Exercise #2
What products lend themselves to succesful Internet marketing? Not every product/service is suitable for Internet marketing. Go to IBM's E-Commerce Assistant and evaluate the following three products:

• An online book store (such as Amazon Books)
• A genealogy service (such as Ancestry Home Town)
• An Internet Marketing Consulting Service (such as the project on which you will be working or the 123 Promote service).

How do you evaluate each product? Which product do you think offers the most promise for marketing on the Internet? What would your recommendations be for each? Summarize your findings and rank the products in order of likely success.
