Registration for the conference is free. To register, please  paste the form below into an e-mail, fill in the blanks, and send it to taal@math.jmu.edu as the content of a mail with "SUMS Registration" in the subject line. Please DO NOT send registration as an attachment; the university filters do not always deliver attachments. You may also print the page and mail a paper copy to:
