About me
Kayla is a Graphic Design student at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She will graduate in 2018 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Along with the B.F.A., Kayla is pursuing a double minor in Studio Art and Book Arts.
Design is her passion and purpose in life. From a young age, she has been inspired by these passions. Though her concentration is in Graphic Design, she doesn’t forget her love for fine art. Her strong foundation in fine art shows in her design work. She utilizes everything she has learned to solve design problems and create successful pieces.
Besides her work ethic, the things that keep her going are copius amounts of coffee, stuffed cheesy bread, her kitten, and her family. Kayla is a firm believer that hard work pays off. Despite her hectic workload, she has been on the Dean’s List every semester. Her goal is to chase after a lifelong career in design.
