To reach campus from I-81, take Exit 245 and turn west onto Port Republic Road.  Drive past the first JMU entrance (this is near the "pond" on the map) and after the crest of a hill turn right at the traffic signal onto Main Street, US 11.  At the 1st traffic signal after turning onto Main, turn right onto Bluestone Drive.  Turn left into the parking lot behind Roop Hall.  See campusmap  for details.

Alternatively, one could turn right from Port Republic Road at the first JMU entrance west of I-81.  Pass the pond on your left to the first stop sign and turn left into the JMU parking deck entrance.  Refer to the printable campus map to find Roop Hall from the parking deck.
