• Do exercise (6) on page 301-302 of our text. Notice that this deals with just some particular dialects of English. Does it work this way for you?
• Take a look at exercise (7) too. You don't need to work out the rule (though you are certainly welcome to do so :) ), but do you think you sometimes speak the palatalized forms in casual speech?
