About LLAMA

The LLAMA Project at James Madison University is an effort to develop a variety of laboratory materials and multimedia activities for use in linguistics courses.

The LLAMA Group

The LLAMA Project involves both the English Department and the Computer Science Department at James Madison University.

Courses related to the linguistic theory behind LLAMA include: Modern Grammar (ENG422).

Courses that use LLAMA include: Modern Grammar (ENG310) and Introduction to Linguistics (ENG308).

Courses related to the computer science and software engineering behind LLAMA include: Developing Multimedia Content (CS349) and Programming Languages (CS430), and Software Analysis and Design (CS446).
