The next day, I headed for Morfa Nefyn. Along the way, I stopped at this beach, called the "Whistling Sands," so called because of the peculiar sound the sand makes when you walk on it. While there, I ran into another bike tourer with saddlebags and tent loaded up on his rear rack. He was riding an E-bike, since he's 81 years old!
