Assist Computer Specialist with inventory, computer setups, site visits, hardware maintenance, as well as assist in moving systems as needed. Monitor computer performance in lab to ensure reliability for student/faculty use. Provide hardware/software support on a broad spectrum of platforms, including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS 8.6 thru OS X. Assist with configuring Novell, IMAP Clients, and install Microsoft Office Suites on both PC & Macintosh. Install various system devices and memory as needed to insure systems effiency and continued capability. Troubleshoot printer and server problems. Support multiple protocols including IPX, and TCP/IP. Assist students with computer application problems as they arise and assist in the uploading of HTML documents to CSM server. Provide on-site technical service at all assigned Biology areas. Fall 2001 to present.

Turner Ashby High School, Rockingham County
Competed in State Technosphere '99 as a member of the Technology Student Association in Hampton, VA. Received first place in the Computer Applications (Solo) and Video Challenge (Team) events, also a runner-up in Graphic Design (Solo). Invited to attend National conference in Oklahoma. Other awards were first in district and region for the same events.

FBLA Competitor
Turner Ashby High School, Rockingham County
Represented Turner Ashby High School at the Future Business Leaders of America conference held at James Madison University in fall of 2000. Earned first place in the Computer Information Systems event, went on to compete at state conference in Reston VA.
