No one in my office can print to the networked printer!   What can I do?
 

There are many causes of printing problems. To aid in trouble shooting, first check the obvious. Is the printer turned on and online? Make sure everyone else is having trouble printing to that printer. Try resetting the printer. Before logging a call to the Backup, have the customer try resetting the print server device by unplugging the POWER cord from the wall outlet, waiting 10 seconds and plugging it back in, waiting 30 seconds, and see if print jobs start coming out.
