Xmodem
This is a file transfer program on Raven and chances are you will not get too many questions on it. However, should someone call with a question there are a few things you can know about the program.
Xmodem allows MODEM7 compatible programs on other computers to transfer binary or ASCII files with CRC or checksums to or from Raven.
Format:
XMODEM option file-spec
It keeps a log file in current directory or your main directory if there are errors.
On raven there is help for xmodem. Type HELP XMODEM at the system ($) prompt.
To send or receive files the commands are
$ xmodem send file
$ xmodem receive file
or whatever the appropriate action is.
You can also just type XMODEM and you will get "Command:" prompt where you can enter your commands as noted above.
