Eight Bars Up Power Cleans

Strength & Conditioning Coach Matt Green performs eight power cleans on eight consecutive platforms beginning with 135 and going up in weight ten pounds each platform until he does 225 on the last rep.  This wasn't heavy weight for Matt we just wanted to see a couple things, first, how our new rubber platforms would handle dropping cleans, and last, how high would Matt's heart rate rise doing this form of training.
