Standing Banded Rotations


Technique Keys



  • For parallel rotations attach the band at upper abdominal level.

  • For Low-to-High rotations attach the band below your knees.

  • For High-to-Low rotations attach the band over head.

  • Jump Stretch Bands are the most durable bands we've found.


  • Use an athletic stance

  • Transfer your weight as you rotate

  • Apply force to the ground - push through your feet and transfer the force through your torso (Serape effect)

  • Execute each rep with speed
