POW #6: Making Triangles
Consider 8 straight pieces of wire, having lengths 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, and 8 units. Suppose that 3 of the pieces of wire are selected
at random. What is the probability that a triangle can be constructed
from the 3 selected pieces of wire?
