POW #8: Missing the Train

Bill, John, Henry, and Joe have to catch the 6 o'clock train.

Bill's watch is ten minutes fast, but he thinks that it's five minutes slow.

John's watch is ten minutes slow, but he thinks that it's ten minutes fast.

Joe's watch is five minutes slow, but he thinks that it's ten minutes fast.

Henry's watch is five minutes fast, but he thinks that it's ten minutes slow.

Each of them leaves to catch the train so that he will just make it if his time is what he thinks it is. Who misses the train?
