MKTG 498 Syllabus

For this assignment, you are to participate in the marketing discussion list (marketing@zilker.net). During the period of April 2 to April 8, you are to post at least 5 messages to the list. You can post as many messages as you like, but I will only give you credit for at most, two messages per day. In other words, spread your messages out over several days. You may reply to someone else's messages, or start a new thread on your own. You may also talk about non-marketing subjects, as long as they are in good taste, but remember that everything you send to the list will be redistributed to all other class members and to myself.

To get full credit, you must use good netiquette. To receive the netiquette file, send the message info marketing to majordomo@zilker.net and you will receive a copy of the same file you received when you initially subscribed to the list.

Use this assignment as a way to get familiar with the world of e-mail discussion lists.
