Set-up:

For
parallel rotations attach the band at upper abdominal level.

For
Low-to-High rotations attach the band below your knees.

For
High-to-Low rotations attach the band over head.

Jump Stretch
Bands are the most durable bands we've found.
Execution:

Use
an athletic stance

Transfer your weight as you rotate
-
Apply
force to the ground - push through your feet and transfer the force through
your torso (Serape effect)

Execute each rep with speed
