My exploration of photo manipulation tends to revolve around the relationship between color, texture, foreground, and background. I find it interesting that the slightest change in color or texture, or both, can drastically change the viewer's perception of what information is in the foreground and what information is in the background. Additionally, how combinations of colors can create varying textures.

This series of 4 images is a narrative of the daily struggle of a young, good witch trying to control her powers and desperately seeks the help of an older, bad witch. She is then faced with the decision of whether she seeks out the help of another witch, or continues to learn under the bad witch.
