Options of vegetable or meat available. We offer selections of many vegetable or meat finger appitizers including mini crab cakes, coconut shrimp, and bacon wrapped scallops.
CARVING STATIONS
Carving stations available! We offer carving stations for a large variety of meat options, including top round of beef, prime rib, beef wellington, smoked salmon, and porkloin. Our own staff will service the station.
DIPS AND SPREADS
Simple dips to elaborate spreads!
Offering a large variety of dips and spreads for serves upto 50 people to include: spinach dip, baked brie amandine, hot crab dip and hummus with your several choices of breads and crackers.
PLATTERS
Option of fruit, cheese and vegetable trays available. We offer selections of fresh fruit, cheese and cracker, meat and cheese, and vegetables with dip. Serves upto 50 people.
ENTREES
Preset Menus or Design Your Buffet Choice from our preset menus of the Great American Cookout to Italian, or design your own buffet from our large selection of beef, lamb, chicken, pork, fish, veal, game and pastas.
SIDE DISHES
Soups, salads and sides! Chef's choice of soup, salads, vegetables, starches, and desserts. If you have a preference, just let us know.
