While planning by trip to Iceland I wanted to stay on the cheaper side. With the high prices of the country, it was important to me to scout out deals and low prices. One of the favorite ways to stay in a new place that does not break the bank is by staying in an Air BnB. I have stayed in Air BnB’s in Scotland, Costa Rica, and Iceland while traveling abroad and every time it is a wonderful experience. In Iceland, I stayed in an apartment in greater Reykjavik, while it was a bit far away from action the buses were very convenient. Between the four of us, we paid about 250 a person for an entire week and it saved us a lot of money in comparison to a Reykjavik hotel.
