This is a "fill-in" repeater; much of the Winchester area can receive WMRA - 90.7 mHz direct. We suggest you use two "buttons" on your receiver pre-sets.

The coverage area is roughly defined as that area bounded by Route 37 on the West, and Opequon creek on the East; greater Winchester.

Because of the proximity to the metropolitan D.C. area there is a shortage of clear channels. W233AA may receive interference from WARW 94.7 in some locations. There is no remedy.
