This is a regional signal, reaching from North of Lexington to
the WV line at Inwood. The signal is for the most part constrained
by the Appalachians to the West and the Blue Ridge to the East.
We also have a good shot at portions of Hardy County, WV and most
of the Lost River Valley.
We do have listeners in Culpepper and Nellysford (where there's
a will, there's a way).
As you go north, interference from WETA (90.9) and WJYJ (90.5)
may become a problem. Our Winchester listeners can also tune in
at 94.5 to our translator W233AA in locations where interference is a problem.
Multipath is a problem for some listeners who may get more reflected
signal from the mountains than direct (esp. noticable in Shenandoah
County where the Valley is narrow). Try a directional antenna!
