AdviceDo some homework at a fixed time and in a fixed (quiet) place every day.Work with other people. If you have definitions to memorize, write them out on a sheet of paper and try to reproduce that sheet without looking at it. When preparing for an exam, pick out problems at random (either in the homework or the examples in the book) and try to do them as if you were in an exam situation (i.e., no peeking at notes). After an exam, work through all the problems you missed until you can do them correctly. Contact mevanwyk@math.jmu.edu 124 Roop Hall x8-2514 ScheduleOther courses |
