A tree like this must be crafted down. From it many things will come including DragonHart. I am going to miss the incredible flowery perfume, but it is old and getting dangerous.
Its the big one. Around 90 years old. About 80 feet tall and 48" at the base. Can't take any more chance about it snapping in a high wind and landing on Kevin's bedroom.

Adam, using his bucket truck, is 60 feet up and reaching with chainsaw pole to get to the top of the tree. He worked his way up clearing limbs and will work his way down cutting the trunk into log lenghts where he can.
You don't just "cut down" a tree like this. It must be crafted to the earth.
Adam finishes the last log cross cuts. Time to clean up and find a miller. A local friend of Doug Hulver's, who has a log loader and owes Doug a favor, will move the logs to a better spot for Doug to do his work.
